LoveBeauty has always felt very personal and welcoming

My experience with LoveBeauty has always felt very personal and welcoming, you almost feel apart of something just by being there. This is definitely thanks to the wonderful staff who treat you with such a friendly professional manner, but they also have a slight edge that makes you feel like your just visiting a friend (who give amazing facials and all of that jazz of course). There's not that particular sterile or chain store feel, you often get from larger salons. It has a more aesthetic, warm boutique feeling which I think is Love Beauty's unique charm.

My skin journey with LoveBeauty has been a long one, almost two years now. I have watched LoveBeauty grow and grow, but not once have I felt it had lost it's personal touch. Rachel, the owner, has done such a beautiful job with all details, down to the hiring of her staff, who feel just as enthusiastic about helping you reach your skin goals as herself. They all offer the most knowledgeable information, and only recommend products that will work for your skin type. They really do go above and beyond to ensure the products they stock are of a high quality and are going to beneficial for the client, which is such a relief, as you know you're only walking away with products that you need, rather then what they need to sell.

I have seen the biggest improvement in my skin over these last few years, with constant hormonal changes and other life factors, all the LoveBeauty staff have made sure they are constantly re evaluating the state of my skin to make sure it's being treated correctly. The wonderful women also offer more then just the treatment and products, they give you such highly regarded advice and knowledge around what could be triggers for the skin; ie makeup products and certain foods. Not only this but if they are unsure of something, or are not qualified to give out information, they will most certainly have someone in mind who does. For example, their now in house naturopath who has just enhanced the amazing results of my skin.

LoveBeauty has blossomed into one of the most beautiful, warm and friendly salons I have ever had the pleasure of stepping into. Unlike other salons I have been to over the years, LoveBeauty has a sense of warmth & individuality that sets it apart. From the beautifully aesthetic decor, to the subtle fragrance of natural and locally sourced candles, right down to the selection of products, you can't help but count down the days until you get to go back there for another treatment!
