Booking deposits:
A redeemable booking deposit is required for all appointments.

The best part? This deposit will go straight towards your treatment on the day of your appointment. It’s our way of making sure that we can fully commit to you and our amazing team.

Here’s what’s new:

Redeemable Deposit: 
For every booking, we’ll now have a $100 per hour* deposit. This isn’t an extra charge – it’s simply a part of your treatment cost, credited back on the day of your appointment.
*For waxing appointments – the deposit will be 50% of the treatment cost.

After your initial confirmation message is sent out by our team we will be emailing you a payment link for the booking deposit of your upcoming service. Going forward, this deposit is needed to secure all appointments.

Flexible Payment Option:
Prefer not to be contacted for booking deposits? You can choose to keep your deposit on your account or with your permission we can charge the credit card on file, two weeks prior to each appointment.

Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows: If you need to cancel outside of our 48-hour notice period, the deposit will act as a late cancellation fee. This helps us offer the best service to all our fabulous clients and manage our schedule effectively.

PLEASE NOTE: No shows will be charged the full appointments amount.

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and we understand.
If you need to cancel for health reasons, please provide our reception with a medical certificate, and we’ll waive the cancellation fee!

Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows:
If you need to cancel outside of our 48-hour notice period, your deposit will act as a late cancellation fee. This helps us to to cover our overheads & expenses, allowing us to continue to offer the best possible service to all our fabulous clients.

Please Note:
Cancelations or changes to appointment times during business closure ie. Sunday’s or Public holidays will take effect from the next business day and be included in the cancelation time frame. Please be aware that when our business is closed we cannot receive your cancelation or move your appointment until the next business day.

All booking deposits are non refundable and can only be used as part payment of your appointment, if you cancel your appointment the deposit will remain on your file as a deposit for future appointments at LoveBeauty Skin Clinic.

If you cancel your appointment outside of our allocated cancelation period the security deposit will be forfeited as fee per our cancelation policies.We are now taking non refundable booking deposits for all new clients as well as longer appointments and will be safely securing all credit card details on client files through our new and improved, certified point of sale system.

By booking you are agreeing to our cancellation policies and LoveBeauty Skin Clinic charging your stored credit card to capture cancelation fees if the deposit amount is lower than the cancellation fee.
