Booking Appointments
We ask that you be considerate when making appointments. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact our small business and can prevent other clients from booking their preferred times, such as evenings and weekends.
LoveBeauty Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behaviour or actions that may compromise the safety and comfort of our clients and staff.

Booking Deposits
A redeemable, non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit can be used towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.
- Deposit Amount: $100
- Deposit Deadline: The deposit is required 7 days before your appointment to secure your booking.
Once you confirm your booking, you will receive a payment link for the deposit. This secures your appointment.
Flexible Payment Option
Prefer not to be contacted for booking deposits? You can keep your deposit on file or, with your permission, we will automatically charge your card one week prior to each appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can continue offering excellent service to all our clients. Please take note of the following:
- Late Cancellations (Outside of 48-Hour Notice Period): If you cancel outside of the 48-hour notice period, your $100 deposit will remain on file and can be applied towards a future treatment.
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within the 48-hour notice period, your $100 deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
- Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show up, the full cost of the treatment you had booked that day will be charged. Your $100 deposit will be applied toward this fee.
Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour notice period, your $100 deposit will still be forfeited, as this is considered a late cancellation. The deposit will not be transferred to the new appointment.
Notice of Cancellations or Rescheduling During Business Closures
Any notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment made during business closure will be treated as received on the next business day. This includes Sundays and public holidays.
- If you send a cancellation request on a Sunday (when the clinic is closed), it will be treated as though it was received on the following Monday, the next business day.
- Similarly, if you send a request on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day the clinic reopens.
- Please note that during the Christmas period, the clinic will be closed. Any requests made during this time will be addressed on the next business day after the clinic reopens.
This ensures we have sufficient time to manage appointments efficiently and accommodate any changes as soon as we can.
Medical Cancellations:
If you need to cancel due to health reasons, please provide a medical certificate from a local Perth GP to waive the full treatment fee, your deposit will still be forfeited. Virtual or pharmacy-issued medical certificates will not be accepted.
Please Note: Cancellations made during business closures (Sundays or public holidays) will be considered from the next business day.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment experience. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to accommodate our schedule. However, the full treatment cost of your original booking will still apply.

Payments
Treatment and product pricing is subject to change. While we strive to keep all information updated, please note that it may not always reflect the latest changes on our website or menus.

- EFTPOS
- Afterpay
Gift Vouchers are redeemable for services only.
Full payment is required after your treatment before leaving the clinic.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings during your visit. Please keep all items together during treatment.
Parking Your Vehicle
Many beautiful clients come to our clinic every day, fortunately our property has plenty of onsite parking. If the car park is full there is plenty more space at the rear of alongside Douglas Ave and Elizabeth St.
Product Return Policy
Please choose your product purchases carefully. Due to maintaining strict hygiene standards LoveBeauty will not provide exchanges or refunds
Faulty Or Defective Products
Any purchases proven to be faulty or defective may be replaced, although money will not be refunded. Contact LoveBeauty as soon as possible if you suspect your product is defective.
Treatments & Services
We aim to do our best to help our clients with all skin conditions, if you have had any treatment or started using products and have any concerns. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you and offer our professional advice.

- Clinic’s Liability: LoveBeauty Clinic is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services except as required by law. Clients are encouraged to seek advice from a medical professional before undergoing any treatments if they have any concerns.
- Client’s Responsibility: Clients must inform the clinic of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment outcomes. Failure to do so may result in adverse reactions.
